| Description | The LearnPress – Course Review plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored DOM-Based Cross-Site Scripting via the 'review_title (inside `data.args.review_title`)' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 4.2.2 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The injected payload only executes after an administrator approves the submitted review, though sites with comment_previously_approved auto-approval configured may bypass manual moderation. | |
