CVE-2026-56115 2 Bootimus, Networkconfiguration 2 Bootimus, Dhcpcd 2026-07-28 8.8 High
Bootimus through 0.1.70 contains a broken access control vulnerability that allows authenticated low-privileged users to perform administrative actions by exploiting missing role enforcement in the JWTMiddleware function in internal/auth/auth.go, which validates JWT tokens and account status but fails to inspect the is_admin flag. Attackers can send requests to any endpoint under the /api/users path to create new administrator accounts or reset administrator passwords, thereby gaining full control of the server and the ability to modify boot menus and installation scripts served to PXE clients.
CVE-2026-56114 2 Dhcpcd Project, Networkconfiguration 2 Dhcpcd, Dhcpcd 2026-07-28 5.3 Medium
dhcpcd through 10.3.2, fixed in commit 2f00c7b, contains a one-byte stack out-of-bounds write vulnerability in dhcp6_makemessage() in src/dhcp6.c that allows unauthenticated same-link attackers to write beyond a fixed local buffer by serializing an oversized RFC6603 OPTION_PD_EXCLUDE option body. Attackers can send a crafted DHCPv6 ADVERTISE message containing an IA_PD IAPREFIX /0 with a valid OPTION_PD_EXCLUDE using an exclude prefix length of /121 through /128 to trigger the out-of-bounds write and potentially corrupt adjacent stack memory.
CVE-2026-56113 2 Dhcpcd Project, Networkconfiguration 2 Dhcpcd, Dhcpcd 2026-07-28 5.3 Medium
dhcpcd through 10.3.2, fixed in commit 5733d3c, contains a heap use-after-free vulnerability that allows unauthenticated same-link attackers to crash the daemon by sending a crafted DHCPv6 RENEW reply with RFC6603 OPTION_PD_EXCLUDE and both preferred and valid lifetimes set to zero. Attackers acting as or impersonating a DHCPv6 server can trigger dhcp6_deprecatedele() to free a delegated child address while an outer TAILQ_FOREACH_SAFE iterator in dhcp6_deprecateaddrs() still holds the freed pointer, causing a use-after-free when TAILQ_REMOVE is reached.
CVE-2026-56111 2 Marlinfirmware, Marlinfw 2 Marlin, Marlin Firmware 2026-07-28 9.1 Critical
Marlin Firmware through 2.1.2.7, fixed in commit 1f255d1, when built with MESH_BED_LEVELING enabled, contains an out-of-bounds write vulnerability in the M421 G-code handler that allows attackers to corrupt firmware memory by supplying out-of-range X and Y grid indices. Attackers can send a single crafted G-code command via USB serial, network interface, or malicious gcode file to write an attacker-controlled 32-bit float value past the z_values array bounds, corrupting adjacent firmware variables and causing denial of service or firmware state corruption.
CVE-2026-53994 2 Proftpd, Proftpd Project 2 Proftpd, Proftpd 2026-07-28 7.5 High
ProFTPD mod_sftp contains a heap-based buffer overflow reachable by an authenticated SFTP user. The fxp_packet_read() function accepts the attacker-supplied 32-bit big-endian SFTP packet length without a minimum sanity check. A value of 0 causes an unsigned subtraction elsewhere in the read path to underflow to approximately 4 GB. That oversized request reaches the core memory allocator, where the rounded size is computed in size_t but passed to new_block() as a 32-bit int; the low 32 bits of 0x100000000 are 0, so new_block() returns a small (~512-byte) block while the caller is told it received ~4 GB. The subsequent fill loop then streams attacker-controlled bytes past the end of the 544-byte allocation, producing an attacker-controlled heap buffer overflow. An authenticated user can crash the per-connection ProFTPD session child on demand with a single malformed SFTP packet (packet_len=0 followed by a body greater than approximately 544 bytes), producing reliable authenticated remote denial of service. Depending on heap layout and adjacent allocations, heap metadata corruption and further consequences beyond denial of service may be possible, though only denial of service is demonstrated by the supplied proof of concept.
CVE-2026-49954 1 Discuz 1 Discuzx 2026-07-28 7.2 High
Discuz! X5.0 releases 20260320 through 20260610 contain a local file inclusion vulnerability that allows authenticated administrators to execute arbitrary code by importing a specially crafted plugin configuration containing path traversal sequences in the directory attribute. Attackers can trigger an exception during plugin installation to bypass sanitization routines, causing malicious paths to be stored unsanitized and subsequently passed to include(), which combined with file upload functionality escalates to arbitrary code execution in the context of the web server user.
CVE-2026-49953 1 Discuz 1 Discuzx 2026-07-28 6.5 Medium
Discuz! X5.0 releases 20260320 through 20260610 contains a CAPTCHA bypass vulnerability that allows unauthenticated remote attackers to defeat challenge controls by exploiting limited complexity and predictable character sets in generated CAPTCHA images. Attackers can train a custom optical character recognition model against collected CAPTCHA samples to reliably predict challenge text, bypassing protections on login, registration, and other functionality from automated abuse.
CVE-2026-49952 1 Discuz 1 Discuzx 2026-07-28 9.1 Critical
Discuz! X5.0 releases 20260320 through 20260501 contains an authentication bypass vulnerability that allows unauthenticated remote attackers to gain unauthorized access to database backup and restore functionality by exploiting a shared cryptographic key between UCenter integration and the database backup API exposed by dbbak.php. Attackers can inject a crafted payload through the username parameter during login to abuse the encryption oracle in logging_ctl::logging_more(), obtain a legitimately signed token, and use it to bypass authorization for database export and import operations, with the additional ability to trigger a race condition to impersonate arbitrary users.
CVE-2026-49140 2 Hkuds, Nanobot 2 Nanobot, Nanobot 2026-07-28 4.3 Medium
Nanobot prior to version 0.2.1 contains a denial of service vulnerability in the Matrix channel media download handler that allows authenticated room members to exhaust process memory and bandwidth by sending media events with missing or invalid size metadata. Attackers can send multiple concurrent Matrix media events with omitted or invalid declared sizes to trigger simultaneous large media downloads that fully materialize response bodies before post-download rejection, consuming process resources until service degradation occurs.
CVE-2026-49139 2 Hkuds, Nanobot 2 Nanobot, Nanobot 2026-07-28 N/A
Nanobot prior to version 0.2.1 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability in the Microsoft Teams channel handler that allows remote attackers to exfiltrate Bot Framework bearer tokens by supplying a forged activity with an attacker-controlled serviceUrl value. Attackers can poison the stored conversation reference by sending a crafted inbound activity to the Teams webhook, causing subsequent bot replies to transmit token-bearing Authorization header requests to an attacker-controlled host.
CVE-2026-49138 2 Hkuds, Nanobot 2 Nanobot, Nanobot 2026-07-28 5 Medium
Nanobot prior to version 0.2.1 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability in the web_fetch tool that allows remote attackers to reach internal or private network hosts by supplying a URL that redirects to a loopback or private address via a 3xx Location header. Attackers can exploit the automatic HTTP redirect following behavior in the httpx library to bypass initial URL validation and cause the runtime to send outbound requests to internal hosts before final resolved URL validation is applied.
CVE-2026-49130 2 Musicpd, Musicplayerdaemon 2 Music Player Daemon, Mpd 2026-07-28 5.3 Medium
Music Player Daemon (MPD) before version 0.24.11 contains a CRLF injection vulnerability in the xspf_char_data function within the XSPF playlist plugin that allows attackers to embed literal CR/LF bytes in URI fields by supplying a malicious XSPF playlist with XML numeric character references. Attackers can inject forged key-value lines through the location field into MPD protocol responses including playlistinfo, currentsong, and listplaylist outputs, as well as the state file writer, by exploiting Expat's decoding of numeric character references prior to the character data callback.
CVE-2026-49129 2 Musicpd, Musicplayerdaemon 2 Music Player Daemon, Mpd 2026-07-28 5.8 Medium
Music Player Daemon (MPD) before version 0.24.11 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability in CurlInputPlugin where CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION is set without CURLOPT_REDIR_PROTOCOLS_STR, allowing unauthenticated attackers to bypass the http/https scheme restriction by causing a malicious HTTP server to redirect to non-HTTP protocols such as gopher, ftp, sftp, ldap, dict, rtmp, or rtsp. Attackers can trigger this vulnerability via MPD commands that initiate URL fetches, including add, readcomments, albumart, readpicture, or load, to interact with internal or restricted network services on systems running libcurl versions prior to 7.85.0.
CVE-2026-49128 2 Musicpd, Musicplayerdaemon 2 Music Player Daemon, Mpd 2026-07-28 7.5 High
Music Player Daemon (MPD) before version 0.24.11 contains a path traversal vulnerability in LocalStorage::MapFSOrThrow and LocalStorage::MapUTF8 within the local storage plugin, where the on-disk path is constructed by joining the storage root with a user-supplied URI as plain strings without canonicalization, allowing '..' segments to survive into the resolved path and be flattened by the kernel at openat() time. An unauthenticated attacker can exploit this flaw using the listfiles command to enumerate names, sizes, and modification times of arbitrary directories readable by the MPD process, and the albumart command to read image files in any attacker-chosen directory outside the configured music_directory.
CVE-2026-49127 2 Musicpd, Musicplayerdaemon 2 Music Player Daemon, Mpd 2026-07-28 8.6 High
Music Player Daemon (MPD) before version 0.24.11 contains a stack buffer overflow vulnerability in the pcm_unpack_24be function in src/pcm/Pack.cxx that allows unauthenticated attackers to corrupt stack memory by triggering an off-by-one write in the PCM decoder plugin. Attackers can issue two MPD commands referencing a malicious HTTP audio source to cause the unpack loop to write 1366 entries into a 1365-entry buffer, overwriting four bytes past the array boundary with three attacker-controlled bytes from an HTTP response body, resulting in daemon termination or potential code execution.
CVE-2026-48559 2 Epoupon, Lms 2 Lms, Lms 2026-07-28 5.4 Medium
Lightweight Music Server (LMS) though 3.76.0 contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability that allows attackers to execute arbitrary JavaScript by embedding malicious HTML in media file metadata tags such as GENRE, ARTIST, or ALBUM. Attackers can introduce a crafted media file into the victim's library, causing the payload to be saved during library scanning and executed automatically in the web interface due to tag content being rendered using Wt::TextFormat::UnsafeXHTML without sanitization in src/lms/ui/Utils.cpp.
CVE-2026-48557 1 Spatie 1 Laravel Media Library 2026-07-28 8.8 High
Spatie Laravel Media Library before version 11.23.0 contains a file upload restriction bypass in FileAdder::defaultSanitizer(). The sanitizer checks only the final filename suffix, allowing double-extension filenames such as shell.php.jpg to bypass the blocklist, with pathinfo() preserving inner .php stems in saved filenames. The blocklist also omits executable extensions including .php6, .shtml, and .htaccess. The double-extension bypass requires a legacy Apache AddHandler configuration to achieve PHP execution; the incomplete blocklist bypass does not.
CVE-2026-48555 1 Spatie 1 Laravel Media Library 2026-07-28 7.4 High
Spatie Laravel Media Library before version 11.23.0 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability that allows remote attackers to cause the server to issue arbitrary outbound HTTP requests by passing user-controlled URLs to the addMediaFromUrl() method in InteractsWithMedia.php.
CVE-2026-48539 2 Gfi, Gfi Software 2 Archiver, Gfi Archiver 2026-07-28 5.4 Medium
GFI Archiver before 15.13 contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in the MailInsights scheduled report configuration that allows authenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the report name parameter to /Archiver/MailInsights.aspx. The injected payload is stored by ReportScheduling.btnSaveReport_Click() without output encoding and is executed in the browser of the user who created the scheduled report when they subsequently view the MailInsights page.
CVE-2026-48538 2 Gfi, Gfi Software 2 Archiver, Gfi Archiver 2026-07-28 5.4 Medium
GFI Archiver before 15.13 contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in the default import settings configuration that allows authenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the configured folders parameter to /Archiver/ImportSettingsWizard.ashx. The injected payload is stored by ImportSettingsWizard.SaveAllConfigSettings() without output encoding and is executed in the browsers of users who subsequently view the Archive Assistant default import settings.
