CVE-2026-73433 2 Gstreamer, Redhat 3 Gstreamer, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus 2026-09-09 6.6 Medium
A flaw was found in GStreamer gst-plugins-good (avidemux). When parsing FUJIFILM metadata in an AVI strd chunk, gst_avi_demux_parse_strd() decrements a remaining-length counter by fixed offsets (98 and 10 bytes) without verifying sufficient data remains. For crafted strd payloads of exactly 106 or 107 bytes, the counter underflows to a very large unsigned value, causing subsequent null-terminated string scanning to read far beyond the allocated heap buffer. Date-format normalization may also write beyond the buffer end. Confirmed impacts include heap out-of-bounds read, out-of-bounds write, heap information disclosure (adjacent data appearing in parsed metadata), and application crash/denial of service. The avidemux element is auto-plugged by playbin, decodebin, and gst-discoverer, so opening or previewing a crafted AVI is sufficient to trigger the issue. Fixed upstream in gst-plugins-good 1.28.6 (GStreamer-SA-2026-0072).
CVE-2026-81396 1 Microsoft 11 365 Apps, Excel, Excel 2016 and 8 more 2026-09-09 7.8 High

CVE-2026-18355 1 Redhat 10 Directory Server, Directory Server E4s, Enterprise Linux and 7 more 2026-09-08 7.5 High
A heap buffer overflow flaw was found in the SASL I/O layer of 389 Directory Server (389-ds-base). In sasl_io_start_packet(), the wrapped-record length read from the wire is validated only against an upper bound. A small wire length (0, 1, or 2) produces an encrypted_buffer_count below the already-consumed encrypted_buffer_offset, causing an unsigned subtraction underflow in sasl_io_read_packet(). PR_Recv is then requested to read approximately 4 GiB into a 1024-byte heap buffer, resulting in a heap buffer overflow with attacker-controlled content. After a successful SASL bind with integrity protection (SSF > 0), a remote authenticated attacker can cause a denial of service or potentially achieve remote code execution. This flaw is distinct from CVE-2026-11774, whose fix only guards against upper-bound overflow.
CVE-2026-57432 2 Perl, Shay 2 Perl, Perl 2026-09-08 8.4 High
Perl versions before 5.40.5-RC1, from 5.41.0 before 5.42.3-RC1, from 5.43.0 before 5.43.11 have an integer overflow in S_measure_struct leading to an out-of-bounds heap read in pack and unpack. S_measure_struct adds each item's size times its repeat count to a running total with no overflow check, so a large repeat count in a pack or unpack template wraps the signed SSize_t total negative. The @, X, and x position codes then guard their moves with a signed length comparison that passes when the length is negative, advancing the buffer pointer out of bounds. A template derived from untrusted input can read heap memory past the buffer and return it to the caller.
CVE-2026-13221 2 Perl, Shay 2 Perl, Perl 2026-09-08 9.1 Critical
Perl versions before 5.40.5-RC1, from 5.41.0 before 5.42.3-RC1, from 5.43.0 before 5.43.10 produce silently incorrect regular expression matches when an alternation of more than 65535 fixed string branches is compiled into a trie in Perl_study_chunk. When such branches are combined into a trie, the delta between the first branch and the shared tail is stored in a 16-bit field. A branch count above 65535 overflows the field, and the trie's match decision table is truncated with no warning or error. A pattern of this shape produces false positive matches (matching strings it should not) and false negative matches (failing to match strings it should). When such a pattern gates an access or filtering decision, the result is wrong.
CVE-2026-67376 1 Microsoft 4 Sql Server 2017, Sql Server 2019, Sql Server 2022 and 1 more 2026-09-08 7.5 High
Integer overflow or wraparound in SQL Server allows an unauthorized attacker to deny service over a network.
CVE-2026-86138 1 Xmlsoft 1 Libxml2 2026-09-08 6.9 Medium
In libxml2 before 2.15.4, xmlDictAddQString in dict.c has an integer overflow and resultant heap-based buffer overflow.
CVE-2026-66767 1 Sap Se 1 Sap Netweaver Application Server Abap And Abap Platform 2026-09-08 7.7 High
SAP NetWeaver Application Server for ABAP and ABAP Platform allows an unauthenticated user to send a specially crafted packet that triggers reprocessing of a previously buffered user request, potentially hijacking another user's session under narrow timing conditions. Successful exploitation could result in high impact on confidentiality and integrity, with low impact on availability of the application.
CVE-2026-69276 1 Microsoft 14 Windows 10 1607, Windows 10 1809, Windows 10 21h2 and 11 more 2026-09-08 9.8 Critical
Integer underflow (wrap or wraparound) in Microsoft UxTheme Library (uxtheme.dll) allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code over a network.
CVE-2026-66307 1 Microsoft 3 Skype For Business Server 2015, Skype For Business Server 2019, Skype For Business Server Subscription Edition 2026-09-08 7.5 High
Integer underflow (wrap or wraparound) in Skype for Business allows an unauthorized attacker to deny service over a network.
CVE-2026-18916 1 Nlnetlabs 1 Nsd 2026-09-08 7.5 High
Any remote client can crash a NSD serve child, by throttling the TCP receive window after a TCP query. By continuously crashing the serve childs, the remote client can denial all TCP service to this NSD instance.
CVE-2026-18078 1 Ibm 1 I 2026-09-08 4.3 Medium
IBM i 7.6, 7.5, 7.4, and 7.3 could allow a remote authenticated attacker to cause a denial of service due to an integer overflow.
CVE-2026-18341 1 Ibm 1 I 2026-09-08 6.3 Medium
IBM i 7.6, 7.5, 7.4, and 7.3 could allow a remote authenticated attacker to corrupt memory due to an integer underflow.
CVE-2026-86143 1 Xmlsoft 1 Libxml2 2026-09-08 6.9 Medium
In xmlIO in libxml2 before 2.15.4, an inconsistency in xmlOutputWriteCallback and xmlBufUse causes negative lengths to reach write callbacks, aka a lack of a check for integer overflow before calling writecallback. This has security relevance for many types of uses of that length value within a callback.
CVE-2026-82076 1 Mongodb 1 Mongodb Server 2026-09-08 6.5 Medium
An integer overflow in the query planning component of MongoDB Server can allow an authenticated user with ordinary database-level read/write privileges to bypass an internal resource limit. Submitting a specially crafted query causes the server to consume memory without bound during query planning, and the resulting exhaustion terminates the server process. This may result in a denial of service affecting all databases served by the affected node.
CVE-2026-62886 1 Microsoft 7 .net, .net Framework, Microsoft Visual Studio 2022 and 4 more 2026-09-08 7.8 High
Integer overflow or wraparound in .NET allows an unauthorized attacker to elevate privileges locally.

Integer overflow in the source-bounds check in Memory::init() (src/runtime/Memory.cpp) in Samsung walrus on all platforms allows a remote attacker to cause an out-of-bounds heap read and denial of service via a crafted WebAssembly module in which a 32-bit unsigned addition wraps around and bypasses the bounds check. This issue affects Walrus: ff3bf5ff5c4878f8e5572c9593d303f6bc997443.
