CVSS v3.1 |
| An arbitrary file overwrite vulnerability exists in the ZulipConnector of danswer-ai/danswer, affecting the latest version. The vulnerability arises from the load_credentials method, where user-controlled input for realm_name and zuliprc_content is used to construct file paths and write file contents. This allows attackers to overwrite or create arbitrary files if a zuliprc- directory already exists in the temporary directory. |
| HCL Digital Experience components Ring API and dxclient may be vulnerable to man-in-the-middle (MitM) attacks prior to 9.5 CF226. An attacker could intercept and potentially alter communication between two parties. |
| An insufficient validation on the server connection endpoint in Netskope Client allows local users to elevate privileges on the system. The insufficient validation allows Netskope Client to connect to any other server with Public Signed CA TLS certificates and send specially crafted responses to elevate privileges. |
| A potential vulnerability was reported in the Lenovo PC Manager, Lenovo App Store, Lenovo Browser, and Lenovo Legion Zone client applications that, under certain conditions, could allow an attacker on the same logical network to execute arbitrary code. |
| An issue was discovered on Alecto IVM-100 2019-11-12 devices. The device uses a custom UDP protocol to start and control video and audio services. The protocol has been partially reverse engineered. Based upon the reverse engineering, no password or username is ever transferred over this protocol. Thus, one can set up the camera connection feed with only the encoded UID. It is possible to set up sessions with the camera over the Internet by using the encoded UID and the custom UDP protocol, because authentication happens at the client side. |
| The CleverControl employee monitoring software (v11.5.1041.6) fails to validate TLS server certificates during the installation process. The installer downloads and executes external components using curl.exe --insecure, enabling a man-in-the-middle attacker to deliver malicious files that are executed with SYSTEM privileges. This can lead to full remote code execution with administrative rights. No patch is available as the vendor has been unresponsive. It is assumed that previous versions are also affected, but this is not confirmed. |
| Incorrect validation of OCSP certificates vulnerability in TheGreenBow VPN, versions 7.5 and 7.6. During the IKEv2 authentication step, the OCSP-enabled VPN client establishes the tunnel even if it does not receive an OCSP response or if the OCSP response signature is invalid. |
| A vulnerability was reported in the Lenovo Scanner pro application during an internal security assessment that, under certain circumstances, could allow an attacker on the same logical network to disclose sensitive user files from the application. |
| A vulnerability in the meeting-join functionality of Cisco Webex Meetings could have allowed an unauthenticated, network-proximate attacker to complete a meeting-join process in place of an intended targeted user, provided the requisite conditions were satisfied. Cisco has addressed this vulnerability in the Cisco Webex Meetings service, and no customer action is needed.
This vulnerability existed due to client certificate validation issues. Prior to this vulnerability being addressed, an attacker could have exploited this vulnerability by monitoring local wireless or adjacent networks for client-join requests and attempting to interrupt and complete the meeting-join flow as another user who was currently joining a meeting. To successfully exploit the vulnerability, an attacker would need the capability to position themselves in a local wireless or adjacent network, to monitor and intercept the targeted network traffic flows, and to satisfy timing requirements in order to interrupt the meeting-join flow and exploit the vulnerability. A successful exploit could have allowed the attacker to join the meeting as another user. However, the Cisco Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) is not aware of any malicious use of the vulnerability that is described in this advisory. |
| The Infotainment ECU manufactured by Bosch which is installed in Nissan Leaf ZE1 – 2020 uses a Redbend service for over-the-air provisioning and updates. HTTPS is used for communication with the back-end server. Due to usage of the default configuration for the underlying SSL engine, the server root certificate is not verified. As a result, an attacker may be able to impersonate a Redbend backend server using a self-signed certificate.
First identified on Nissan Leaf ZE1 manufactured in 2020. |
| An insufficient certificate validation issue in the Palo Alto Networks GlobalProtect™ app enables attackers to connect the GlobalProtect app to arbitrary servers. This can enable a local non-administrative operating system user or an attacker on the same subnet to install malicious root certificates on the endpoint and subsequently install malicious software signed by the malicious root certificates on that endpoint. |
| An issue was discovered in AlertEnterprise Guardian 4.1.14.2.2.1. One can bypass manager approval by changing the user ID in a Request%20Building%20Access requestSubmit API call. The vendor has stated that the system is protected by updating to a version equal to or greater than one of the following build numbers: 4.1.12.2.1.19, 4.1.12.5.2.36, 4.1.13.0.60, 4.1.13.2.0.3.39, 4.1.13.2.0.3.41, 4.1.13.2.42, 4.1.13.2.25.44, 4.1.14.0.13, 4.1.14.0.43, 4.1.14.0.48, and 4.1.14.1.5.32. |
| Spring Security 6.4.0 - 6.4.3 may not correctly locate method security annotations on parameterized types or methods. This may cause an authorization bypass.
You are not affected if you are not using @EnableMethodSecurity, or
you do not have method security annotations on parameterized types or methods, or all method security annotations are attached to target methods |
| A replay attack vulnerability was discovered in a Zigbee smart home kit manufactured by Ksix (Zigbee Gateway Module = v1.0.3, Door Sensor = v1.0.7, Motion Sensor = v1.0.12), where the Zigbee anti-replay mechanism - based on the frame counter field - is improperly implemented. As a result, an attacker within wireless range can resend captured packets with a higher sequence number, which the devices incorrectly accept as legitimate messages. This allows spoofed commands to be injected without authentication, triggering false alerts and misleading the user through notifications in the mobile application used to monitor the network. |
| BYD QIN PLUS DM-i Dilink OS v3.0_13.1.7.2204050.1 to v3.0_13.1.7.2312290.1_0 was discovered to cend broadcasts to the manufacturer's cloud server unencrypted, allowing attackers to execute a man-in-the-middle attack. |
| Spoofing issue in the Privacy: Anti-Tracking component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 149 and Thunderbird 149. |
| Forge (also called `node-forge`) is a native implementation of Transport Layer Security in JavaScript. Prior to version 1.4.0, `pki.verifyCertificateChain()` does not enforce RFC 5280 basicConstraints requirements when an intermediate certificate lacks both the `basicConstraints` and `keyUsage` extensions. This allows any leaf certificate (without these extensions) to act as a CA and sign other certificates, which node-forge will accept as valid. Version 1.4.0 patches the issue. |
| Botan is a C++ cryptography library. Prior to version 3.11.0, during processing of an X.509 certificate path using name constraints which restrict the set of allowable DNS names, if no subject alternative name is defined in the end-entity certificate Botan would check that the CN was allowed by the DNS name constraints, even though this check is technically not required by RFC 5280. However this check failed to account for the possibility of a mixed-case CN. Thus a certificate with CN=Sub.EVIL.COM and no subject alternative name would bypasses an excludedSubtrees constraint for evil.com because the comparison is case-sensitive. This issue has been patched in version 3.11.0. |
| An issue was discovered in 6.0 before 6.0.4, 5.2 before 5.2.13, and 4.2 before 4.2.30.
`ASGIRequest` allows a remote attacker to spoof headers by exploiting an ambiguous mapping of two header variants (with hyphens or with underscores) to a single version with underscores.
Earlier, unsupported Django series (such as 5.0.x, 4.1.x, and 3.2.x) were not evaluated and may also be affected.
Django would like to thank Tarek Nakkouch for reporting this issue. |
| A certificate validation vulnerability in Palo Alto Networks Autonomous Digital Experience Manager on Windows allows an unauthenticated attacker with adjacent network access to execute arbitrary code with NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM privileges. |
