CVSS v3.1 |
| Crypt::CBC versions between 1.21 and 3.05 for Perl may use the rand() function as the default source of entropy, which is not cryptographically secure, for cryptographic functions.
This issue affects operating systems where "/dev/urandom'" is unavailable. In that case, Crypt::CBC will fallback to use the insecure rand() function. |
| Emissary is a P2P based data-driven workflow engine. The ChecksumCalculator class within allows for hashing and checksum generation, but it includes or defaults to algorithms that are no longer recommended for secure cryptographic use cases (e.g., SHA-1, CRC32, and SSDEEP). These algorithms, while possibly valid for certain non-security-critical tasks, can expose users to security risks if used in scenarios where strong cryptographic guarantees are required. This issue is fixed in 8.24.0. |
| A low privileged local attacker can abuse the affected service by using a hardcoded cryptographic key. |
| There is a configuration defect vulnerability in ZTELink 5.4.9 for iOS. This vulnerability is caused by a flaw in the WiFi parameter configuration of the ZTELink. An attacker can obtain unauthorized access to the WiFi service. |
| Broken or Risky Cryptographic Algorithm, Use of Password Hash
With Insufficient Computational Effort, Use of Weak Hash, Use of a
One-Way Hash with a Predictable Salt vulnerabilities in Beta80 "Life 1st Identity Manager"
enable an attacker with access to
password hashes
to bruteforce user passwords or find a collision to ultimately while attempting to gain access to a target application that uses "Life 1st Identity Manager" as a service for authentication.
This issue affects Life 1st: 1.5.2.14234. |
| A flaw was found in GnuTLS. The Minerva attack is a cryptographic vulnerability that exploits deterministic behavior in systems like GnuTLS, leading to side-channel leaks. In specific scenarios, such as when using the GNUTLS_PRIVKEY_FLAG_REPRODUCIBLE flag, it can result in a noticeable step in nonce size from 513 to 512 bits, exposing a potential timing side-channel. |
| Inadequate encryption strength for some Edge Orchestrator software for Intel(R) Tiber™ Edge Platform may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via adjacent access. |
| LangChain4j-AIDeepin is a Retrieval enhancement generation (RAG) project. Prior to 3.5.0, LangChain4j-AIDeepin uses MD5 to hash files, which may cause file upload conflicts. This issue is fixed in 3.5.0. |
| HCL DRYiCE Optibot Reset Station is impacted by a missing Strict Transport Security Header. This could allow an attacker to intercept or manipulate data during redirection. |
| A vulnerability has been identified in SIMATIC RTLS Locating Manager (6GT2780-0DA00) (All versions < V3.0.1.1), SIMATIC RTLS Locating Manager (6GT2780-0DA10) (All versions < V3.0.1.1), SIMATIC RTLS Locating Manager (6GT2780-0DA20) (All versions < V3.0.1.1), SIMATIC RTLS Locating Manager (6GT2780-0DA30) (All versions < V3.0.1.1), SIMATIC RTLS Locating Manager (6GT2780-1EA10) (All versions < V3.0.1.1), SIMATIC RTLS Locating Manager (6GT2780-1EA20) (All versions < V3.0.1.1), SIMATIC RTLS Locating Manager (6GT2780-1EA30) (All versions < V3.0.1.1). The affected systems use symmetric cryptography with a hard-coded key to protect the communication between client and server. This could allow an unauthenticated remote attacker to compromise confidentiality and integrity of the communication and, subsequently, availability of the system.
A successful exploit requires the attacker to gain knowledge of the hard-coded key and to be able to intercept the communication between client and server on the network. |
| The Use of a Hard-coded Cryptographic Key vulnerability in Juniper Networks Juniper Cloud Native Router (JCNR) and containerized routing Protocol Deamon (cRPD) products allows an attacker to perform Person-in-the-Middle (PitM) attacks which results in complete compromise of the container.
Due to hardcoded SSH host keys being present on the container, a PitM attacker can intercept SSH traffic without being detected.
This issue affects Juniper Networks JCNR:
* All versions before 23.4.
This issue affects Juniper Networks cRPD:
* All versions before 23.4R1. |
| php-censor v2.1.4 and fixed in v.2.1.5 was discovered to utilize a weak hashing algorithm for its remember_key value. This allows attackers to bruteforce to bruteforce the remember_key value to gain access to accounts that have checked "remember me" when logging in. |
| Certain Anpviz products contain a hardcoded cryptographic key stored in the firmware of the device. This affects IPC-D250, IPC-D260, IPC-B850, IPC-D850, IPC-D350, IPC-D3150, IPC-D4250, IPC-D380, IPC-D880, IPC-D280, IPC-D3180, MC800N, YM500L, YM800N_N2, YMF50B, YM800SV2, YM500L8, and YM200E10 firmware v3.2.2.2 and lower and possibly more vendors/models of IP camera. |
| Missing cryptographic key commitment in the Amazon S3 Encryption Client for Go may allow a user with write access to the S3 bucket to introduce a new EDK that decrypts to different plaintext when the encrypted data key is stored in an "instruction file" instead of S3's metadata record.
To mitigate this issue, upgrade Amazon S3 Encryption Client for Go to version 4.0 or later. |
| Missing cryptographic key commitment in the Amazon S3 Encryption Client for Java may allow a user with write access to the S3 bucket to introduce a new EDK that decrypts to different plaintext when the encrypted data key is stored in an "instruction file" instead of S3's metadata record.
To mitigate this issue, upgrade Amazon S3 Encryption Client for Java to version 4.0.0 or later. |
| Missing cryptographic key commitment in the AWS SDK for Ruby may allow a user with write access to the S3 bucket to introduce a new EDK that decrypts to different plaintext when the encrypted data key is stored in an "instruction file" instead of S3's metadata record.
To mitigate this issue, upgrade AWS SDK for Ruby to version 1.208.0 or later. |
| Missing cryptographic key commitment in the AWS SDK for PHP may allow a user with write access to the S3 bucket to introduce a new EDK that decrypts to different plaintext when the encrypted data key is stored in an "instruction file" instead of S3's metadata record.
To mitigate this issue, upgrade AWS SDK for PHP to version 3.368.0 or later |
| Missing cryptographic key commitment in the AWS SDK for C++ may allow a user with write access to the S3 bucket to introduce a new EDK that decrypts to different plaintext when the encrypted data key is stored in an "instruction file" instead of S3's metadata record.
To mitigate this issue, upgrade AWS SDK for C++ to version 1.11.712 or later |
| Missing cryptographic key commitment in the Amazon S3 Encryption Client for .NET may allow a user with write access to the S3 bucket to introduce a new EDK that decrypts to different plaintext when the encrypted data key is stored in an "instruction file" instead of S3's metadata record.
To mitigate this issue, upgrade Amazon S3 Encryption Client for .NET to version 3.2.0 or later. |
| A vulnerability has been found in MartialBE one-hub up to 0.14.27. This vulnerability affects unknown code of the file docker-compose.yml. The manipulation of the argument SESSION_SECRET leads to use of hard-coded cryptographic key
. The attack may be initiated remotely. The complexity of an attack is rather high. It is stated that the exploitability is difficult. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. It is recommended to change the configuration settings. The code maintainer recommends (translated from Chinese): "The default docker-compose example file is not recommended for production use. If you intend to use it in production, please carefully check and modify every configuration and environment variable yourself!" |
