Exposure of Sensitive Information to an Unauthorized Actor vulnerability in LWS LWS Hide Login allows Accessing Functionality Not Properly Constrained by ACLs.This issue affects LWS Hide Login: from n/a through 2.1.8.
The s2Member – Excellent for All Kinds of Memberships, Content Restriction Paywalls & Member Access Subscriptions plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Sensitive Information Exposure in all versions up to, and including, 241114 via the 'sc_get_details' function. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to extract sensitive data including user data and database configuration information, which can lead to reading, updating, or dropping database tables. The vulnerability was partially patched in version 241114.
The API in Accredible Credential.net December 6th, 2023 allows an Insecure Direct Object Reference attack that discloses partial information about certificates and their respective holder. NOTE: the excellium-services.com web page about this issue mentions "Vendor says that it's not a security issue."
Polycom RealPresence Group 500 <=20 has Insecure Permissions due to automatically loaded cookies. This allows for the use of administrator functions, resulting in the leakage of sensitive user information.
| A path
traversal vulnerability exists in the Rockwell Automation DataEdge Platform DataMosaix Private Cloud. By specifying the character
sequence in the body of the vulnerable endpoint, it is possible to overwrite
files outside of the intended directory. A threat actor with admin privileges could
leverage this vulnerability to overwrite reports including user projects. |
Icinga Director is an Icinga config deployment tool. A Security vulnerability has been found starting in version 1.0.0 and prior to 1.10.4 and 1.11.4 on several director endpoints of REST API. To reproduce this vulnerability an authenticated user with permission to access the Director is required (plus api access with regard to the api endpoints). And even though some of these Icinga Director users are restricted from accessing certain objects, are able to retrieve information related to them if their name is known. This makes it possible to change the configuration of these objects by those Icinga Director users restricted from accessing them. This results in further exploitation, data breaches and sensitive information disclosure. Affected endpoints include icingaweb2/director/service, if the host name is left out of the query; icingaweb2/directore/notification; icingaweb2/director/serviceset; and icingaweb2/director/scheduled-downtime. In addition, the endpoint `icingaweb2/director/services?host=filteredHostName` returns a status code 200 even though the services for the host is filtered. This in turn lets the restricted user know that the host `filteredHostName` exists even though the user is restricted from accessing it. This could again result in further exploitation of this information and data breaches. Icinga Director has patches in versions 1.10.4 and 1.11.4. If upgrading is not feasible, disable the director module for the users other than admin role for the time being.
changedetection.io is a free open source web page change detection, website watcher, restock monitor and notification service. Improper input validation in the application can allow attackers to perform local file read (LFR) or path traversal attacks. These vulnerabilities occur when user input is used to construct file paths without adequate sanitization or validation. For example, using file:../../../etc/passwd or file: ///etc/passwd can bypass weak validations and allow unauthorized access to sensitive files. Even though this has been addressed in previous patch, it is still insufficient. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.48.05.
Diebold Nixdorf – CWE-200: Exposure of Sensitive Information to an Unauthorized Actor
A vulnerability has been identified within Rancher Manager whereby `Impersonate-Extra-*` headers are being sent to an external entity, for example `amazonaws.com`, via the `/meta/proxy` Rancher endpoint. These headers may contain identifiable and/or sensitive information e.g. email addresses.
An issue was discovered in a third-party component related to vendor.gsm.serial, shipped on devices from multiple device manufacturers. Various software builds for the BLU View 2, Boost Mobile Celero 5G, Sharp Rouvo V, Motorola Moto G Pure, Motorola Moto G Power, T-Mobile Revvl 6 Pro 5G, and T-Mobile Revvl V+ 5G devices leak the device serial number to a system property that can be accessed by any local app on the device without any permissions or special privileges. Google restricted third-party apps from directly obtaining non-resettable device identifiers in Android 10 and higher, but in these instances they are leaked by a high-privilege process and can be obtained indirectly. The software build fingerprints for each confirmed vulnerable device are as follows: BLU View 2 (BLU/B131DL/B130DL:11/RP1A.200720.011/1672046950:user/release-keys); Boost Mobile Celero 5G (Celero5G/Jupiter/Jupiter:11/RP1A.200720.011/SW_S98119AA1_V067:user/release-keys); Sharp Rouvo V (SHARP/VZW_STTM21VAPP/STTM21VAPP:12/SP1A.210812.016/1KN0_0_530:user/release-keys); Motorola Moto G Pure (motorola/ellis_trac/ellis:11/RRHS31.Q3-46-110-2/74844:user/release-keys, motorola/ellis_trac/ellis:11/RRHS31.Q3-46-110-7/5cde8:user/release-keys, motorola/ellis_trac/ellis:11/RRHS31.Q3-46-110-10/d67faa:user/release-keys, motorola/ellis_trac/ellis:11/RRHS31.Q3-46-110-13/b4a29:user/release-keys, motorola/ellis_trac/ellis:12/S3RH32.20-42-10/1c2540:user/release-keys, motorola/ellis_trac/ellis:12/S3RHS32.20-42-13-2-1/6368dd:user/release-keys, motorola/ellis_a/ellis:11/RRH31.Q3-46-50-2/20fec:user/release-keys, motorola/ellis_vzw/ellis:11/RRH31.Q3-46-138/103bd:user/release-keys, motorola/ellis_vzw/ellis:11/RRHS31.Q3-46-138-2/e5502:user/release-keys, and motorola/ellis_vzw/ellis:12/S3RHS32.20-42-10-14-2/5e0b0:user/release-keys); Motorola Moto G Power (motorola/tonga_g/tonga:11/RRQ31.Q3-68-16-2/e5877:user/release-keys and motorola/tonga_g/tonga:12/S3RQS32.20-42-10-6/f876d3:user/release-keys); T-Mobile Revvl 6 Pro 5G (T-Mobile/Augusta/Augusta:12/SP1A.210812.016/SW_S98121AA1_V070:user/release-keys); and T-Mobile Revvl V+ 5G (T-Mobile/Sprout/Sprout:11/RP1A.200720.011/SW_S98115AA1_V077:user/release-keys). This malicious app reads from the "vendor.gsm.serial" system property to indirectly obtain the device serial number.
CWE-200 Exposure of Sensitive Information to an Unauthorized Actor
| The Increase Maximum Upload File Size | Increase Execution Time plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Full Path Disclosure in all versions up to, and including, 1.1.3. This is due to returning image upload error messages with full path information. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with author-level permissions and above, to retrieve the full path of the web application, which can be used to aid other attacks. The information displayed is not useful on its own, and requires another vulnerability to be present for damage to an affected website. |
Vite is a frontend tooling framework for javascript. The contents of arbitrary files can be returned to the browser. By adding ?.svg with ?.wasm?init or with sec-fetch-dest: script header, the server.fs.deny restriction was able to bypass. This bypass is only possible if the file is smaller than build.assetsInlineLimit (default: 4kB) and when using Vite 6.0+. Only apps explicitly exposing the Vite dev server to the network (using --host or server.host config option) are affected. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.5.12, 5.4.17, 6.0.14, 6.1.4, and 6.2.5.
The Xagio SEO plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Sensitive Information Exposure in all versions up to, and including, 7.1.0.5 via the backup functionality due to weak filename structure and lack of protection in the directory. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to extract sensitive data from backups which can include the entire database and site's files.
A path traversal (directory traversal) vulnerability in D-Link DSR series routers allows unauthenticated remote attackers to manipulate input parameters used for file or directory path resolution (e.g., via sequences such as “../”). Successful exploitation may allow access to files outside of the intended directory, potentially exposing sensitive system or configuration files. The issue results from insufficient validation or sanitization of user-supplied input. Affected Products include: DSR-150, DSR-150N, and DSR-250N v1.09B32_WW.
Exposure of Sensitive Information to an Unauthorized Actor, Missing Encryption of Sensitive Data, Files or Directories Accessible to External Parties vulnerability in Kings Information & Network Co. KESS Enterprise on Windows allows Privilege Escalation, Modify Existing Service, Modify Shared File. This issue affects KESS Enterprise: before *.25.9.19.exe
A security vulnerability has been detected in Verysync 微力同步 up to 2.21.3. The impacted element is an unknown function of the file /rest/f/api/resources/f96956469e7be39d of the component Web Administration Module. Such manipulation leads to information disclosure. The attack can be executed remotely. The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
The Add Admin JavaScript plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Full Path Disclosure in all versions up to, and including, 2.0. This is due to the plugin utilizing bootstrap and leaving test files with display_errors on. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to retrieve the full path of the web application, which can be used to aid other attacks. The information displayed is not useful on its own, and requires another vulnerability to be present for damage to an affected website.
Adept is a language for general purpose programming. Prior to commit a1a41b7, the remoteBuild.yml workflow file uses actions/upload-artifact@v4 to upload the mac-standalone artifact. This artifact is a zip of the current directory, which includes the automatically generated .git/config file containing the run's GITHUB_TOKEN. Seeing as the artifact can be downloaded prior to the end of the workflow, there is a few seconds where an attacker can extract the token from the artifact and use it with the Github API to push malicious code or rewrite release commits in the AdeptLanguage/Adept repository. This issue has been patched in commit a1a41b7.
Titan SFTP and Titan MFT Server 2.0.25.2426 and earlier have a vulnerability a vulnerability where sensitive information, including passwords, is exposed in clear text within the JSON response when configuring SMTP settings via the Web UI.
