CVSS v3.1 |
| Smart Slider 3 Pro version 3.5.1.35 for WordPress and Joomla contains a multi-stage remote access toolkit injected through a compromised update system that allows unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary code and commands. Attackers can trigger pre-authentication remote shell execution via HTTP headers, establish authenticated backdoors accepting arbitrary PHP code or OS commands, create hidden administrator accounts, exfiltrate credentials and access keys, and maintain persistence through multiple injection points including must-use plugins and core file modifications. |
| Epross AVCON6 systems management platform contains an object-graph navigation language (OGNL) injection vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary commands by injecting malicious OGNL expressions. Attackers can send crafted requests to the login.action endpoint with OGNL payloads in the redirect parameter to instantiate ProcessBuilder objects and execute system commands with root privileges. |
| NetGain EM Plus 10.1.68 contains a remote code execution vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary system commands by submitting malicious parameters to the script_test.jsp endpoint. Attackers can send POST requests with shell commands embedded in the 'content' parameter to execute code and retrieve command output. |

| Wasmtime is a runtime for WebAssembly. From 32.0.0 to before 36.0.7, 42.0.2, and 43.0.1, Wasmtime's Cranelift compilation backend contains a bug on aarch64 when performing a certain shape of heap accesses which means that the wrong address is accessed. When combined with explicit bounds checks a guest WebAssembly module this can create a situation where there are two diverging computations for the same address: one for the address to bounds-check and one for the address to load. This difference in address being operated on means that a guest module can pass a bounds check but then load a different address. Combined together this enables an arbitrary read/write primitive for guest WebAssembly when accesssing host memory. This is a sandbox escape as guests are able to read/write arbitrary host memory. This vulnerability has a few ingredients, all of which must be met, for this situation to occur and bypass the sandbox restrictions. This miscompiled shape of load only occurs on 64-bit WebAssembly linear memories, or when Config::wasm_memory64 is enabled. 32-bit WebAssembly is not affected. Spectre mitigations or signals-based-traps must be disabled. When spectre mitigations are enabled then the offending shape of load is not generated. When signals-based-traps are disabled then spectre mitigations are also automatically disabled. The specific bug in Cranelift is a miscompile of a load of the shape load(iadd(base, ishl(index, amt))) where amt is a constant. The amt value is masked incorrectly to test if it's a certain value, and this incorrect mask means that Cranelift can pattern-match this lowering rule during instruction selection erroneously, diverging from WebAssembly's and Cranelift's semantics. This incorrect lowering would, for example, load an address much further away than intended as the correct address's computation would have wrapped around to a smaller value insetad. This vulnerability is fixed in 36.0.7, 42.0.2, and 43.0.1. |
| Wasmtime is a runtime for WebAssembly. From 25.0.0 to before 36.0.7, 42.0.2, and 43.0.1, Wasmtime with its Winch (baseline) non-default compiler backend may allow properly constructed guest Wasm to access host memory outside of its linear-memory sandbox. This vulnerability requires use of the Winch compiler (-Ccompiler=winch). By default, Wasmtime uses its Cranelift backend, not Winch. With Winch, the same incorrect assumption is present in theory on both aarch64 and x86-64. The aarch64 case has an observed-working proof of concept, while the x86-64 case is theoretical and may not be reachable in practice. This Winch compiler bug can allow the Wasm guest to access memory before or after the linear-memory region, independently of whether pre- or post-guard regions are configured. The accessible range in the initial bug proof-of-concept is up to 32KiB before the start of memory, or ~4GiB after the start of memory, independently of the size of pre- or post-guard regions or the use of explicit or guard-region-based bounds checking. However, the underlying bug assumes a 32-bit memory offset stored in a 64-bit register has its upper bits cleared when it may not, and so closely related variants of the initial proof-of-concept may be able to access truly arbitrary memory in-process. This could result in a host process segmentation fault (DoS), an arbitrary data leak from the host process, or with a write, potentially an arbitrary RCE. This vulnerability is fixed in 36.0.7, 42.0.2, and 43.0.1. |
| Versions of the package z-push/z-push-dev before 2.7.6 are vulnerable to SQL Injection due to unparameterized queries in the IMAP backend. An attacker can inject malicious commands by manipulating the username field in basic authentication. This allows the attacker to access and potentially modify or delete sensitive data from a linked third-party database.
**Note:** This vulnerability affects Z-Push installations that utilize the IMAP backend and have the IMAP_FROM_SQL_QUERY option configured.
Mitigation
Change configuration to use the default or LDAP in backend/imap/config.php
php
define('IMAP_DEFAULTFROM', '');
or
php
define('IMAP_DEFAULTFROM', 'ldap'); |
| Rox, the software running BeWelcome, contains a PHP object injection vulnerability resulting from deserialization of untrusted data. User-controlled input is passed to PHP's unserialize(): the POST parameter `formkit_memory_recovery` in \\RoxPostHandler::getCallbackAction and the 'memory cookie' read by \\RoxModelBase::getMemoryCookie (bwRemember). (1) If present, `formkit_memory_recovery` is processed and passed to unserialize(), and (2) restore-from-memory functionality calls unserialize() on the bwRemember cookie value. Gadget chains present in Rox and bundled libraries enable exploitation of object injection to write arbitrary files or achieve remote code execution. Successful exploitation can lead to full site compromise. This vulnerability was remediated with commit c60bf04 (2025-06-16). |
| # Active Storage allowed transformation methods potentially unsafe
Active Storage attempts to prevent the use of potentially unsafe image
transformation methods and parameters by default.
The default allowed list contains three methods allow for the circumvention
of the safe defaults which enables potential command injection
vulnerabilities in cases where arbitrary user supplied input is accepted as
valid transformation methods or parameters.
Impact
------
This vulnerability impacts applications that use Active Storage with the image_processing processing gem in addition to mini_magick as the image processor.
Vulnerable code will look something similar to this:
```
<%= image_tag blob.variant(params[:t] => params[:v]) %>
```
Where the transformation method or its arguments are untrusted arbitrary input.
All users running an affected release should either upgrade or use one of the workarounds immediately.
Workarounds
-----------
Consuming user supplied input for image transformation methods or their parameters is unsupported behavior and should be considered dangerous.
Strict validation of user supplied methods and parameters should be performed
as well as having a strong [ImageMagick security
policy](https://imagemagick.org/script/security-policy.php) deployed.

| An OS command injection vulnerability exists in various models of E-Series Linksys routers via the /tmUnblock.cgi and /hndUnblock.cgi endpoints over HTTP on port 8080. The CGI scripts improperly process user-supplied input passed to the ttcp_ip parameter without sanitization, allowing unauthenticated attackers to inject shell commands. This vulnerability was reported to be exploited in the wild by the "TheMoon" worm in 2014 to deploy a MIPS ELF payload, enabling arbitrary code execution on the router. Additionally, this vulnerability may affect other Linksys products to include, but not limited to, WAG/WAP/WES/WET/WRT-series router models and Wireless-N access points and routers. Exploitation evidence was observed by the Shadowserver Foundation on 2025-02-06 UTC. |
| Zenitel TCIV-3+ is vulnerable to a reflected cross-site scripting
vulnerability, which could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary
JavaScript on the victim's browser. |
| An unauthenticated remote command execution vulnerability exists in Pandora FMS versions up to and including 5.0RC1 via the Anyterm web interface, which listens on TCP port 8023. The anyterm-module endpoint accepts unsanitized user input via the p parameter and directly injects it into a shell command, allowing arbitrary command execution as the pandora user. In certain versions (notably 4.1 and 5.0RC1), the pandora user can elevate privileges to root without a password using a chain involving the artica user account. This account is typically installed without a password and is configured to run sudo without authentication. Therefore, full system compromise is possible without any credentials. |
